1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Fliqa Album Android application (package identifier com.fliqaindia.album) or browsing the website at album.fliqaindia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Viewer") and FliqaIndia Private Limited ("FliqaIndia", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing our website and uninstall the Android application.

2. Description of the Service

Fliqa Album is a digital viewer platform engineered to stream and display high-resolution wedding album PDF documents and optional accompanying background music tracks on Android devices.

Clarification of Scope: Fliqa Album is an album viewing application. We do not provide album design tools, automated photo editing, on-demand physical printing, or public social networking capabilities. Album layout design and photographic post-production are conducted independently by your authorized photography studio.

3. Access Codes & Authorization

Access to albums is restricted through discrete, 8-digit numeric access PINs.

• Authorized Access: You may only access albums for which you have received an authorized PIN directly from the wedding couple or photography studio.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access code provided to you. If you suspect your PIN has been compromised, notify your studio administrator to regenerate it.
• No Brute-Force Testing: Attempting to guess, brute-force, or enumerate access codes is strictly prohibited and will result in IP rate-limiting and access blocking.

4. Intellectual Property & Photograph Ownership

Ownership of Photography: All photographs, layout spreads, and creative artwork included within wedding albums remain the intellectual property and copyright of the respective photography studio, photographer, and/or wedding couple.

FliqaIndia does NOT claim ownership of any photographs or master PDF files uploaded by studios. FliqaIndia is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license strictly to host, cache, process, and stream the album content to authorized viewers through the Android application.

Platform Intellectual Property: The Fliqa Album logo, brand assets, software architecture, mobile application code, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of FliqaIndia Private Limited.

5. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view authorized albums on your personal Android device for private, non-commercial purposes.

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from the Fliqa Album Android application or backend APIs.
• Scrape, intercept, or capture presigned Cloudflare R2 streaming URLs for bulk downloading or unauthorized public republishing.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any digital rights management, rate-limiting, or security features of the platform.
• Use the service to display unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.

6. Service Availability & Streaming Quality

Fliqa Album streams high-resolution PDF pages on demand. While we aim for continuous, high-speed availability, streaming performance is subject to your device hardware, mobile internet speed, network latency, and third-party cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, Firebase, Hostinger).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, and security patches without prior notice.

7. Suspension & Termination of Access

Authorized studio administrators retain full authority to change album status to Draft or Disabled, regenerate access PINs, or delete albums from the platform at their discretion. FliqaIndia reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to any album or user that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLIQAINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
