From the moment your photographer shares your 8-digit access PIN to turning the final page, here is everything you need to know.
Receive Your 8-Digit Access Code
When your wedding photography studio finishes crafting your digital album, they issue an authentic 8-digit numerical code (e.g., 44205828). This code is confidential to you, your family, and guests with whom you choose to share it.
Open the Fliqa Album Android App
Launch Fliqa Album on your Android phone. The app is engineered to be lightweight and fast, loading in under a second with an elegant, uncluttered entrance.
Enter the Access Code
Type the 8 digits into the responsive numeric cells. The application supports clipboard paste and automatic backspace handling to make entry effortless.
Open Your Assigned Wedding Album
Our backend securely verifies the access code against Firebase Firestore. The app immediately displays your album title, couple names, and cover art with a gentle opening transition.
Swipe, Zoom, and Relive Every Page
Glide through pages with horizontal touch swiping. Double-tap or pinch to zoom in up to 2.2x to inspect emotional expressions, jewelry craft, and background moments in crystal clarity.
Control Background Music
If your album includes a curated wedding soundtrack, ambient music begins playing at a comfortable soft-start volume. Tap the controls menu anytime to mute, pause, or adjust the volume.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Encountering an unexpected hurdle? Here are simple explanations and solutions.
Invalid PIN or Incorrect Digits
Verify that you have entered all 8 numeric digits without letters or spaces. If the app displays 'No active wedding album found for this access PIN', check with your photography provider to confirm the code.
Album Disabled or Unavailable
If your screen displays 'This album has been disabled by the administrator', the album may be temporarily unlisted for layout revision or awaiting publishing approval by your studio.
Internet Connection Issues
Fliqa Album streams high-resolution spreads on demand to save device storage. If pages appear blurred or fail to load, ensure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile 4G/5G connection.
Background Music Not Playing
Not every album includes background music. If enabled, verify your device's media volume is turned up and that silent/vibrate mode has not suppressed media audio in system settings.
